the staff was friendly and efficient, i must admit.

The rooftop bar was closed , a fact not clearly communicated before my arrival. this was disappointing as i specifically chose this place expecting to enjoy that amenity. also, the noise insulation was inadequate. I could hear conversations and other sounds from the adjacent room, not ideal.

i loved the welcome drink and pastry upon arrival, such a treat! andre at reception was so helpful and friendly! the room decor and traditional portuguese tiles were beautiful. the comfy bed and pillow menu were a big plus!

the rooftop bar was closed for refurbishments , a bit disappointing as i was looking forward to the views and drinks.

the hotel is well located for shopping, touring, and dining options. it is near rua augusta, which allows very easy access to numerous main attractions. i found the area quite convenient.

i found the staff helpful they suggested excellent restaurants and secured a last-minute reservation for me. breakfast was a delight with a wide selection available. the hotel offered small treats and attention to detail really stood out to me i appreciated the little touches.

my room faced a bar people could easily see into it so i mostly kept the curtains closed. it affected the relaxation somewhat.
